Lamplighter 

Lamplighter is a Lantern Parade and street festival set in Todmorden which is produced by "Handmade Parade CIC"

It's a beautiful festival designed to be inclusive to all community. Sue has been creating lanterns and delivering workshops since the start of the festival . It's starting point was in response to local flooding in 2013
